Leone opened up about her favorite foods and eating habits in an interview with PinkVilla. She says that she has made some changes to her diet in order to be healthier. "I don't really snack that much," she said. "I stopped eating meat, which really did help with my skin." "I believe that what you put in your body is how you're going to look," Leone explained. "So if you're drinking and smoking way too much, and smoking cigarettes definitely adds wrinkles to your skin, ladies, and gigantic pores."
Leone revealed her fitness habits to PinkVilla. She says that she makes fitness a big part of her life. "I do work out a lot," Leone says. "I work out all the time. Anywhere between 45 minutes to 2 hours. It just depends on the day and how much time I have."
Leone tells PinkVilla that she likes to intermittent fast on occasions. "Sometimes I do intermittent fasting, which is not eating for 16 hours and eating for 8 hours. Most of those 16 hours is me sleeping, and those 8 hours I choose when I want it to start. I usually skip my breakfast, and do lunch, dinner, and stop eating by 8:00 9:00 the latest."
